Along with the 1-on-1 time I spend with my clients, I value the commitment you’re making so you will hear from me on a personal level frequently to check-in and make sure your time is used wisely.

I track time in my billing program, Quickbooks. You will receive a statement mid-way through your hours or timeframe (whichever is met first), and at the end of your retainer timeframe.

I record time in fifteen minute intervals and ask for a 1-hour minimum for all appointments.

No. I know that questions or ideas come up in the moment and I’ll be there for you!

I commit to a 12-hour response time during business hours, 8AM- 5PM Monday through Friday and 10AM- 4PM Saturday and Sunday. Closed on bank holidays.

You may re-enroll in to continue. As an enrolled retainer client, you will have priority to renew your package before it is offered to the waitlist. 

No. This is intended as a dedicated concierge service for a single client.

Yes, once your timeframe is expired, you may switch to another package (based on availability).

In order to achieve consistent results, inquiring clients should budget a minimum of $30,000 for the 6-Month Retainer and a minimum of $12,000 in the 3-Month Retainer.

Service can be paid in Full or in 2 payments as a Deposit and Final Balance paid in 30-days after the Deposit.
